Weekly / BI Weekly Tasks
Segmentwise forecast, group review with wash analysis, assist in weekly revenue meeting reporting, implement actions from weekly revenue meeting, review Comp set rates for the current and next two months, audit comp set and note promotions & packages, audit comp set’s LOS Pricing and recommend changes, shop daily rates for the next 90 days, review special events.
Monthly Tasks
Monthly forecast, monthly performance commentary, review special event for the next three months, GDS performance review, shop daily rates for next 180 days, review pick up for next 365 days, review revenue generating activities and monthly targets, audit all business channels to review hotels positioning.
Quaterly Tasks
Audit rates/room types/product descriptions, review and audit rate structure, perform content audit on all distribution channels, assist in hotel’s business plan update.
Yearly Tasks
Corporate pricing/ corporate accounts evaluation for RFP process, assist with hotel’s budgeting as per hotels budget template, assist with hotel’s business plan creation and update as per hotel’s template and requirements.
